Video Updates

With the new "laws" limiting the sharing of Youtube videos without copyright permission, we've removed many clips of Congressional Hearings. Don't worry though, desires to be a library of materials provided by the media for your convenience in research and review, as well through articles and analysis. To that end, we will only post "sharing friendly" videos and we will redirect you to our new YouTube channel when it is ready. Till then, we hope you had a meaningful 4th of July, thanks for stopping by and godspeed in the pursuit of liberty. More news to come.

Letter from Scott Beach: Fed Lawsuit / Federal Reserve Banks / Rally June 3, 2011 - Washington D.C.

Here is a note from Mr. Scott Beach in regards to his lawsuit against the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta:

If you are going to attend the End the Fed - DC event on June 3, please go to the United States Department of the Treasury on that day and DEMAND that they redeem a Federal Reserve Note. If they refuse, RAISE HELL!!! Complain loudly about their violation of your redemption right.

The United States Code provides that "They [Federal Reserve Notes] shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand at the Treasury Department of the United States, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, or at any Federal Reserve bank." See Section 411 of Title 12 of the United States Code at

You can stop the Government from hyperinflating our currency and destroying its value by enforcing your redemption right and thereby proving to them that they are NOT immune to bank runs. Make the Government obey its own laws for a change! Demand that they redeem Federal Reserve Notes then and there in "lawful money" (coins issued pursuant to an act of the United States Congress). Be insistent! Don't let them tell you that they will mail you a check. Demand that they redeem the notes NOW!

If they refuse your demand, I may request that you be a witness in my civil case against the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Please help me to block their plan to hyperinflate and destroy our currency.

And see

I would suggest we could all go to our local Federal Reserve Bank. There are thirteen in the United States. Mr. Beach may call you as a witness, or you may even file your own lawsuit.

New Cosponsors to Senate and House Fed Audit Bills

There are a handful of new cosponsors for the Federal Reserve Transparency Acts in both the House and the Senate. With a big thanks, we'd like to inform those now signed on: Rep. Bill Shuster [PA-9], Rep. Kevin McCarthy [CA-22], Rep. Charles W. Boustany, Jr. [LA-7], Rep. Robert Hurt [VA-5], Rep. Steven R. Rothman, [NJ-9], Rep. Michael R. Turner [OH-3], and Rep. Patrick J. Tiberi. If you live in any of these Congressional Districts, I encourage you to thank your Congressman for their support and understanding of the Bill. If you prompted these representatives to this point, you are to be commended.

There were two members of the Senate who cosponsored S. 202, Sen. Orrin Hatch [UT] and Sen. Boozman [AR]. The Senators are key. Most Bills DIE in the Senate. It is a fact, the previous Federal Reserve Audit Bill was killed in the Senate. In fact, even in my home state  the Senate kills Bills, such as the Anti-TSA Groping Bill you may have heard. Please contact your Senators and urge them to audit and end the Federal Reserve. Have a discourse with them about the topic. I have been riding my Senators for the passed few months about S. 202 and only one of them has replied to me. The other Senator? He may not even be in-state for all I know. The Senate is as accountable as the Congress, whether they think they are or not. Let's hold them accountable.
